Service Description
Enjoy a deeply relaxing Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment. MLD is a very light touch that works with the Lymphatic system and is not a muscle massage. This treatment is really focussed on your health and wellbeing. The Lymphatic System helps to clear waste products from the body. When it gets congested it can cause pain, swelling, inflammation and make you feel out of sorts. Many people with Lymphatic stagnation have sleep problems, inflammation, digestive problems (bloating) and a poor immune system. This treatment will open up the main lymph points within the body and stimulate the lymphatic system helping to clear out and stagnant toxins. You will be given specific aftercare advice relating to helping your lymphatic system work better and a specially created oil which helps stimulate your lymphatic system. For best results then this would be an ongoing regular treatment as a single treatment although helpful will not be able to help to regulate lymphatic system and retrain it into working at its optimal way. Recommendations for best results; A follow up treatment within 1 week of your initial appointment. Maintenance treatments weekly treatments. Maximum time between treatments N/A.
Cancellation Policy
Policy 1st Feb 2023 onwards This policy is to ensure both clients and the business are served in the best possible way. If I can fill a rescheduled or late cancellation appointment slot then the cancellation fee will be waived. If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice from your appointment time then you will be offered a refund or to reschedule your appointment. (If using a voucher then you will be offered to reschedule only.) 48+ hours notice = no cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours from your appointment time then you will have lost 50% of your appointment fee, the remaining 50% can be refunded or applied to your next appointment. ( If using a voucher you will have lost your voucher and it cannot be used for a later date. Julie can use her judgement and discretion where she see's fit under exceptional circumstances). 24-48 hours notice= 50% cancellation fee If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment then full payment is required and no refund will be given. (Vouchers will be lost and cannot be used for another date.) <24 hours notice= 100% cancellation fee. Please note all first appointments must complete the online consultation form which must be returned a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment. If it is not returned then this will be taken as a cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours notice given. Please ensure your contact details are correct on the booking system as these are used to send out your appointment information. Booking and Cancellations Policy for training courses (Certificated courses) A non refundable booking fee of 25% of the total course cost will be taken at the time of booking. Full payment must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your course starting. If it turns out that you are unable to attend your chosen course, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternate course date for you. If it is within 7 days of the course start date this will be at the instructors discretion. Should it become necessary for KCR Academy Ltd. to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all fees that have been paid to us for that course. Otherwise, please note that deposits are non-refundable in all instances. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses (e.g. travel/accommodation costs) resulting from a course cancellation.
